Some items such as furniture or special order items can take up to 14 days. If your item is required urgently please contact us prior to placing an order by email or telephone to confirm. (UK Mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas)
Deliveries are made up to 6pm and someone should be available to receive them.
If Item is not accepted by you for any reason, then the carriage expenses shall be paid by you and a cancellation charge of a minimum of 20% of the order value will be charged for any such non acceptance.
For deliveries outside the E.U. all local taxes, surcharges, duties, if incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We currently only ship to Europe, USA, Australia and Japan. Please email or call us for a quotation on the shipping costs.
Special orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed and will have to be paid in full even if they are no longer required.
Delivery to the following UK postcodes will incur extra costs, please call or email us for a quotation: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50. All BT postcodes, channel islands and Republic of Ireland.
All orders over £250 excluding VAT will be delivered free (Mainland UK only excluding certain postcodes mentioned above)
Orders under £250 excluding VAT will be charged at £5.75 + VAT
Certain heavy items will only be delivered kerbside or directly to a delivery platform subject to access, this relates to items like Plan Cabinets, Plan Filing Drawers etc. These would generally be palletised deliveries.
We can request a quotation for a carrier to bring it into your premises if you would prefer this option.
If you are not satisfied with the item you have received can return the item within 7 days for a refund providing a) The item is in its original packaging and b) The item has not been used. Please note that you will still be responsible for all carriage costs that we have incurred (that is the cost for us to send and collect the item, this maybe more than the cost that was originally charged and includes items that may have been sent carriage free). The item being returned should be suitably packaged and labeled for the courier.
There are certain items that cannot be returned, such as special order items, please call us for further information.
Any items that have been received damaged in transit will be replaced ASAP at no further cost.
We will not entertain any claims made on items found damaged or faulty on delivery, if it is not reported by email within 24 hours of delivery. Please make sure you call us if you have not received a confirmation within an hour of the email being sent, just to make sure we have in fact received it (please send all damage or faulty claims to firstname.lastname@example.org )
